Former Mulago hospital Baterana expected to re-appear in Court today
The former Executive Director of Mulago National Referral Hospital Dr. Byarugaba Baterana is expected to re-appear in court today on charges of abuse of office and causing the government an over Shs7Bn loss in irregular and double payments to suppliers.
